These release notes are meant to give an overview of new features and/or enhancements launched in the month of December.
What's New for Canopy
Product License Self Service
Description: Canopy users can now purchase additional licenses and contacts from directly within their Account Management settings. Users are no longer required to contact Canopy's sales team in order to purchase additional contacts or licenses. The only exception to this is if a user wishes to activate a new license for the first time on their account. Currently, only Admin users can access self service.
Find this change:
- Click on Your Profile on the global navigation bar.
- Choose Settings from the pop-out menu.
- Select Account Management from the sidebar located on the left.

What's New for Mobile
Description: Canopy Mobile users can now track time on a contact within the mobile app. Users with the Firm Management license can assign time to tasks. These timers can be started and stopped on the mobile app or the web app, with real time updates shown on both platforms. Only one timer can be active at a time.
