What's New for Canopy
Contact Import Update
License/permissions:
- Any license except transcripts-only licenses

Description: When admin users start the contact import process, they will be taken through two new initial steps. The first step allows users to select from a list of 8 different 3rd party systems. Once they select the system they are importing from, admin users will see specific tips on how to successfully prepare and import their data to Canopy.

What's New for Practice Management
Canopy Dashboard

Description: When admin users login, they will see a dashboard of tasks assigned to all team members in Canopy.

Recurring Calendar Events

Description: Users who have connected their Google account to Canopy are now able to create, delete, and edit recurring events from Canopy.

Email Template Permissions
License/permissions:

Description: Users can designate whether an email template is visible to all team members or not. Additionally, users can select either a team template or a private template when sending emails.

What's New for Notices
Licenses/permissions:
- Notices
- Admin
Description: Admin users now have the ability to edit the Notice templates that Canopy provides as part of the Notices product. Admin users can edit all the text for each task and the template files attached, remove or add tasks, and reorder tasks in any Notice template. Additionally, admin users can revert an edited template to the default version provided by Canopy.
