What's New for Practice Management
Canopy Dashboard Enhancements
License/permissions:
- Practice Management
- For the Overview dashboard: Basic
- For the Admin dashboard: Admin
Description:
- For basic users
- Your daily agenda, based on events you have been invited to on your calendar, will display in the left panel of the
- Tasks assigned to you will display in the Tasks panel.
- For admin users
- Dates and Tasks assigned specifically to you will display under the Overview tab.
- Click the Admin tab to view:
- Tasks overdue, tasks due this week, tasks due next week, and future tasks assigned to each team member in Canopy.

Getting to Know Canopy Dashboard
Time Entries Dashboard
License/permissions:
- Practice Management
- Billing
- You will need admin permissions to view the global Time Entries Dashboard.
- You will need access to a specific client as well as billing access permissions to view the Time Entries dashboard listed in the Contact Profile.
Description: The Time Entries Dashboard will list Total hours, Billed hours, Unbilled hours, Unbilled revenue, and Billed revenue.

Bulk Task Assign Tool
