Reorganize Filter Views on the Task List
Filter views on the task list can be reorganized or deleted as needed to create a custom workspace that fits your workflow. To get started, navigate to the Task List from the global navigation bar.
Roles/permissions:
- Roles: Any
- Permissions: Create, Edit, and Assign Work; Generic Tasks
1. Click on the Options menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select Customize task list from the pop-out menu.
3. Click on the Reorder filter views tab on the navigation column.
4. Click, drag, and drop from the drag handle (8 dots) in-line with a filter view to move it.
5. Click Save and close to confirm your changes.
Remove a Filter View from the Filter Tabs
1. Click on the Options menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select Customize task list from the pop-out menu.
3. Click on the Reorder filter views tab on the navigation column.
4. Click on the Options menu in-line with a filter view.
5. Select Delete to remove the filter view from the filter tabs.
- The All Work filter view cannot be deleted.
- All other filter views can be deleted.
