What's New for Canopy

Canopy Feedback Portal

Description: We've launched a new feedback portal where you can offer your feature ideas and product feedback to our team. This feedback portal will provide you with more direct access to our PMs. When you vote on or create new ideas you'll be signed up for notifications about any progress made towards realizing those ideas. You can bookmark the feedback portal direct link or access the portal from your settings in Canopy.

Dynamic Browser Tabs

Description: If you're one of those people who has 50+ browser tabs open at any given time, we want you to know that we see you. We've updated our app to now display dynamic browser tabs. This means the description for your excessive number of browser tabs will update to show what page you have opened in Canopy. Dynamic browser tabs should allow for faster and easier multitasking capability.

What's New for Practice Management

Improved Invoice .CSV Exports

Description: We've added line item data to .CSV Invoice exports. This update allows users to better tie time entries and invoices together.

What's New for Mobile

Canopy Mobile iOS v1.16.0 and Client Portal iOS v1.9.0

Description: Users can now upload multiple files at once. Previously, each file had to be selected and uploaded separately. Now, users can select multiple files from their device and upload them with a single tap.

Client Portal Application Android v1.8.2

Description: General bug fixes surrounding payment errors.
