What's new for Practice Management
Task Templates
Description: Canopy users can now utilize a set of pre-made task templates to streamline task usage across their firms. The pre-made templates can be copied and customized to better suit each user's needs.
Find this change:
Click Templates on the global navigation bar.
Choose Task from the slide-in menu.

Desktop Assistant 3.0
Description: Canopy's desktop assistant now supports File Migration. Users can now migrate all of their files to Canopy quickly and easily. In addition, the maximum file size for Canopy has been increased to just under 5GB per file.
Find this change:
- Open the Desktop Assistant on your Windows computer.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Choose Open Migration Tool from the dropdown menu.

Timer Enhancements
Description: Timers, time entries, and projects now have their own tab on the global navigation bar. In addition, time entries no longer require a contact in order to be run.
Find this change:
- Click Time on the global navigation bar.
