What storage services are used to keep client data secure?
Canopy uses 128-bit encryption to secure personal information for information entered both in Canopy and in the Client Portal. We store all sensitive data using Amazon Web Services, an industry leader in cloud storage.
How is client data backed up?
Client data is backed up daily to avoid loss due to any unforeseen circumstances. The data is always kept in secure data centers on encrypted drives to keep the client data safe.
