    You can customize the welcome message that displays when your clients access the Client Portal.

    Roles/permissions:

    • Roles: Admin 
    • Permissions: Custom Branding

    1. Click your profile on the global navigation bar.

    2. Choose Settings in the pop-out menu.

    3. Click Custom Branding.

    4. Click the Welcome Message toggle to turn the welcome message on.  

    • A green toggle means the welcome message is set to on.
    • A grey toggle means the welcome message is set to off.

    5. Input your custom message.

    6. Click Save changes at the bottom of the screen.
